      The term culture change is used in the current organisational vernacular very loosely.
      What does it mean? How does culture change?
       
      At Catalyst of Change we specialise in culture change. We take concepts researched and raised in practice by Edgar Schein, the father of organisational culture.
       
      We take Schein's dimensions of culture and workshop these ideas within the context of complex adaptive systems. We work with our participants to assist them to change their own organisational cultures and deliver their outcomes.

      Our series about Chaos Complexity and Culture Change uses authentic cultural change principles from the world's best researchers.
       
      Changing cultures is not a throw-away term. It is a difficult phenomena to work through, understand and apply for workplace change.

      ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP
      and MANAGEMENT

      Complex adaptive leadership is a new approach to effective and efficient culture change using new sciences thinking and chaos and complexity understanding. Australians, indeed the world is at the turning point.
